Become a Friend of the Festival

Through February and March we are offering all academic societies, clubs and not for profit associations the opportunity to join the Taiwan Cinefest Friend of the Festival program.

Joining is free of charge and entitles your membership to preferential booking and discount rates on all events prior to tickets going on general sale.

How to Join?

Joining is simple! All you need to do is email ihuilai@taiwancinefest.com including the following information:

- Your society, club or associations name
- Designated key contact name, e-mail address and mobile number
- The approximate number of your membership (if available)

All e-mails will be responded to within 3 working days informing you of the unique booking code which your members will need to reserve their preferential places and claim a Friend of the Festival discount.

Help Us Get the Word Out

The Taiwan Cinefest is an indepedent not-for-profit organisation helping to bring Taiwanese film to an international audience. It therefore relies of the generosity of all our volunteers and supporters to keep the festival running and continuing to reach new audiences.

You can be part of our support network by doing any one of the following 3 easy steps:

1) Placing posters on a notice boards
2) Handling out leaflets to your members
3) Listing our events in your activities schedule

You can request official festival posters/leafelts delivered to you from our marketing and promotions office or download the assets direct from this page.

Additionally, we will also provide you with a free marketing kit to help inform your memberships with posters, digital assets (web banners) and ongoing marketing advice.

The festival's full line up of films and events will be announced on March 1st on the festival website with preferential booking opening on March 3 to 9, 2009.
